Softball
This popular activity has six divisions of play and all games are played at Roberts Park, a four-field complex located northwest of the High School. League play begins in May and usually winds up the first part of August. All men’s and women’s leagues are sanctioned with either the Amateur Softball Association (ASA) or the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) and teams have the option of participating in state tournaments at season’s end.

Volleyball
As Hutchinson’s most popular team sport, volleyball offers a wide spectrum of playing abilities from which to choose. On the competitive side, the top league teams have done well consistently at the highest levels of state competition. On the recreational side, our lower divisions allow for teams that are just learning the game to fit right in. The Hutchinson Recreation Center is the primary site for all adult play. Leagues are offered in the Fall with play beginning in mid-September. Winter league play begins in January, and, in addition, there are opportunities for Summer sand volleyball and women’s indoor play.

Basketball
This league, which brings in teams from the surrounding area, is sanctioned with the Minnesota Sports Federation and allows teams to participate in state competition if they so desire. The league plays on Wednesday nights at the Hutchinson Middle School.

Men's Touch Football
This PRCE league begins play in early September and is completed by late October. The league plays on Wednesday nights at the Roberts Park complex located northwest of Hutchinson High School. This is an officiated league and the touch rules are strictly enforced. Teams have the option to participate in a season-ending state tournament sponsored by the Minnesota Sports Federation.
