Department Overview
The Human Resources department manages the various employment related programs and functions of the City of Hutchinson including, but not limited to the following: position classification and pay plan, administration and maintenance of personnel related policies, hiring process, employee benefits, workers compensation, employee discipline, training and development, drug testing, and payroll processing.
