Department Overview
The Hutchinson Water department includes staff that provides treated, potable water to the entire community. The department is responsible for the treatment and distribution of the City’s water, which includes the treatment facility, distribution (water mains & fire hydrants), water metering, billing, and customer service. The Hutchinson Water department also provides the water needed for community fire protection.
