Girls and Boys Basketball
PRCE, in conjunction with the Hutchinson Youth Basketball Association, provides a recreational basketball program for children in grades K-6. The program begins in November and runs through mid-January to early February, depending on the age level. The program is completely local through 4th grade. 5th and 6th graders will compete against neighboring communities on Saturday mornings as part of their schedule. The HYBA also offers a traveling program featuring weekend tournaments for kids in the 5th-8th grades.

Indoor Soccer
This program for children in kindergarten through fifth grade plays one night a week for six weeks from early April until mid-May. All games are played at the Hutchinson Recreation Center.

T-Ball and Baseball
These summer daytime programs begin in mid-June and continue play through July. T-Ball also has an evening program option. Children entering kindergarten in the fall are the youngest age permitted while children completing fourth grade are our oldest participants. For children in first grade and above, the Hutchinson Junior League Baseball Association provides an evening option for involvement.

Girl's and Boy's Softball
This program begins with in-house play for girls ages 8 & under and 10 & under and boys grades 3-5. They play twice a week during the day in June and July at Linden Park. For girls 12 & under all the way to 18 & under, Hutchinson participates in a traveling league, with play beginning in mid-May and concluding in July.

Football
Participation begins at the third and fourth grade level with a flag program that meets once a week at the Roberts Park complex. Fifth and sixth graders play the more traditional tackle game complete with uniforms and pads. This program meets twice a week in the evening. Both programs begin in early September and are completed by mid-October.

Fall Soccer
This program begins at the start of the new school year. This activity, intended for kindergarten through sixth grade children, is held on Saturday mornings at Linden Park located just to the North of the Hutchinson Recreation Center.

Girl's Volleyball
PRCE offers a Fall program for girls in grades 3-5 on Saturday mornings at the Recreation Center. Hutchinson has a Junior Olympic Volleyball Association that provides girls an opportunity to play from the end of January until early May.
